Half Gala Melon filled with Fresh Winter Berries & Finished with Port.

 

Parfait.

Chicken Liver & Wild Chestnut Parfait served with Cherry Brandy Dressed Leaves & Red Onion Toast.

Traditional Turkey.

Local Cumbrian Turkey Roasted with Orange, Roast Baby Veg, Chestnut Stuffing, Yorkshire Pudding with all the Trimmings and a Rich Roasting Juices Gravy.

 

Roast Rib-eye of Beef Wellington.

Local 21 Day Matured Rib-eye, wrapped in Pancetta and Mushroom Duxelle, Oven baked to Medium-Rare in a Pastry and served with Rich Red Wine Jus & all the Trimmings.

 

Shellfish Medley.

Fresh Pan-Fried Scallops topped with Garlic Baked Mussels and Poached Lobster Tails, drizzled with a Rich Balsamic Glaze and served with Fondant Potatoes and Roasted Cherry Tomatoes.

 

Lamb Rump.

Pan seared Rump of Lakeland Lamb. Medium cooked & served in a Rich Madeira Sauce with all the Trimmings.

 

Lentil & Cheddar Cottage Pie.
